Organizing files in folders
Folders help you stay organized when working with many documents:
In the “My files” section, click “Create folder.”
Enter a clear, descriptive name.
Add your files to the appropriate folder.
For example, you can organize folders by project, customer, team, or topic.
Typical use case
You receive an email containing many attachments or particularly large files and want to work with their contents using AI.
Instead of uploading each file individually to a chat, you can upload all documents to the Library at once. amber automatically indexes the files and makes them centrally available for Document Search and your Agents.
You can then use amber to:
Summarize multiple documents
Search for information across several files
Compare document contents
Ask questions about the documents
Use the files as a knowledge source for automated Agents
Upload limits at a glance
Good to know
The Library is especially useful if you regularly work with many documents. Because files are stored centrally, you do not need to upload them again for every search or Agent.
