Understanding search results

The results list shows you the search results and which data sources they come from. amber scans the entire text within a document intelligently and efficiently.

Functions of the results list

  1. Information about the data source

    • Each search result shows which data source it comes from.

    • This helps you keep track of where the information originates.

  2. Interaction with files and sources

    • Using various symbols, you can interact with the file or data source.

    • For example, you can open the small window to access the network or use additional functions.

  3. Share search results

    • A symbol allows you to share the selected search result directly with your colleagues.

    • This lets you pass information on quickly and easily.

  4. amberAI Document Chat

    • Another symbol takes you directly to the amberAI Document Chat.

    • Here you can ask in-depth questions about a specific document.

  5. Filter options

    • Do you want to display the document from a certain time or source? Use the filters to narrow down results in a targeted way.

  6. Image mode

    • You can switch to Image Mode via the tab bar.

    • This makes it just as easy to find images as other documents.

amberAI Overview: Summaries of your results

  • For complex questions, the amberAI Overview creates a summary of the results.

  • The answer is displayed directly in the results list.
