😎 Release March 2023 - Jira, Confluence, Clustering, and a lot more!
📇Jira
Jira is a hugely popular project management platform used by organisations around the world to plan, manage and track their workflows and projects. With amberSearch, Jira users can now quickly and easily access all the information they need to effectively manage and successfully complete their projects.
One of Jira's unique features is the ability to create and manage tasks and projects in a variety of formats. amberSearch captures all of these formats, including tickets, issues, tasks and epics, and makes them searchable. This means that Jira users can quickly and easily access all relevant project data at any time - regardless of when and where it was filed.

In addition, Jira offers a wide range of special features that make it one of the best project management platforms on the market. These features include Kanban and Scrum boards, burndown charts, Gantt charts and much more. With amberSearch, Jira users can use all of these features even more easily, as they can search all of the data that is included in these features.
Another great feature of Jira is comments. Comments can be used by team members to share important information, give feedback or have discussions about specific tasks or projects. With amberSearch, Jira users can now also search all comments posted in Jira. This is an extremely valuable feature that allows users to quickly access all important information contained in the comments.

📖Confluence
Companies that use Confluence as a wiki and content management system can now find all important information in amberSearch.
Confluence is a popular platform for collaboration and knowledge management within companies. Confluence is especially known for its wiki functions. Teams can use it to create, edit and manage content together. But also the possibility to create pages for specific projects or topics, which can then be shared with others, is a great feature of Confluence.

With amberSearch you can now search your Confluence content and find relevant information quickly and easily. You can search Confluence wikis and pages directly from the search bar to quickly access the information you need.
One of the special features of Confluence are the wikis. They offer a unique way for teams to share knowledge and create content together. With amberSearch you can now search all the wikis within your organisation and find the relevant information you need.
Another useful feature of Confluence is pages. These allow teams to organise specific information for projects or topics. With amberSearch, you can now search all pages within your Confluence instance and find relevant information quickly.
All in all, the integration of amberSearch into Confluence offers a multitude of benefits for your company. In addition to the classic search, you can also use us to see where similar information is stored in your IT systems. Furthermore, we enable you to filter according to various criteria as well as the intelligent analysis of content.

📃Pagination
The restriction that amberSearch only displays the first 5 results pages has been lifted with this update.
You can now click through as far as you like.
🖱️Right-Click Options Refactoring
We have revised the right-click options.
A separation has been drawn between document and data source options to make the options quick and easy to access.
🫡Clustering of Results
The way results are clustered has been fundamentally revised.
Previously, attachments in e-mails were listed as individual results. Now, such results are also clustered under a DMS entry.
🚊Path Refactoring
Paths are an elementary part and contain important information about the location of the information.
Therefore, data sources are named from now on and a consistent distinction is made between file path and file title, which was not always the case before.
🔔New Notification Types
Two types of notifications have been introduced.
The first are standard notifications, for example to inform about updates. The second type of notifications are important notifications that have a direct impact on the added value of amberSearch. These include, for example, changed passwords in various systems.
