Previously, the documents you lately interacted with could be found via the house icon under your "MyArea". From now on, these will also be displayed directly on the start page under the search bar.

If you have forgotten to save a document so that you don't have to search for it again, it will be displayed in this list and you can open it directly.

With a click on "Lately interacted documents" at the top your "MyArea" will be opened. The complete list is displayed there.

💬amberAI General Chat Plug-Ins

The amberAI chat now has a new plug-in. The plug-in can be found to the right of the input line. The plug-in is activated by default. If you switch it off, amberAI no longer only searches within the internal database for its answers, but you can also ask general questions.

🔖amberAI Bookmarks Chat

Under "MyArea" you will now always see the "amberAI Bookmarks Chat" above the bookmarks. There is a separate amberAI Bookmarks Chat for each bookmark group. Within a bookmark group, the amberAI Bookmarks Chat can help you to search documents.

💡Tips & Tricks Operators

From now on, under the list of your search results, you will see tips and tricks on how you can customize your search query to get the result you wanted.

Under "Didn't find what you were looking for?" you will be given suggestions on how to customize your search. Simply click on one of the suggestions and the search will be carried out again.

SharePoint Lists are now available as an additional data source for amberSearch.

A new SharePoint extension is now available for you. The SharePoint intranet pages. There are many new functions for the organizations and the exchange between you and your team.

🛠️Use operators for image search

This means that only the images that contain the desired metadata are shown.
