amber supports a variety of file types and formats, whether documents, emails or tickets - our system indexes different file types and makes them findable for you.

Important:

There is a difference between the file types that can be indexed: While some formats can be fully indexed in terms of content, only the metadata is recorded for certain formats. The following overview indicates for which file types this is the case.
