This message appears when your user account has not yet been assigned an amber license or the assignment has not taken effect yet.
Solution
Contact your administrator:Ask your administrator to assign you an active license in the amber admin panel.
Wait up to 15 minutes:If licenses have just been distributed, it can take up to 15 minutes for the assignment to take effect.
Log out and back in:Sign out completely and log back in so that the updated license is applied.
